At JewishBooksOnline, we want you to be delighted every time you
shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return
items, so below is our returns policy.
For Books: Our "no quibbles"
guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within
30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid
for the item , including postage and packing within 30 days of receiving
it.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part,
we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending
the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery
service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
This section has been introduced to incorporate the new European
Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law
by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Cancelling an item:
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery
service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs
of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you
in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back
from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of
the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that
once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel
any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for
example, postage and packing, and giftwrapping). As soon as we receive
notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant
part of the purchase price for that item. Please note that we retain
a small amount, minimum £2 to cover the cost of processing
your order and subsequent cancellation. This amount is to cover
the cost of processing your credit card details and any other charges
incurred before cancellation.
